Garden Bird Watching
Blackbirds are one of our more common garden birds. The male is black with a distinctive yellow eye ring and beak, whilst the female is a plainer brown. You may notice Blackbirds nesting earlier than most birds, but it said that Blackbirds will actually nest at any time of year. Often seen finding worms in the Summer, they will take fruit in the Winter.
