Garden Bird Watching
The Magpie, a member of the Crow family, won't be many people's favourite as they are well known for raiding other bird's nests and taking eggs or young, but they are an intelligent opportunist. The brown and white birds shown here are not the normal colouring but are birds born with a condition called leucism whereby they suffer from a lack of pigmentation.
